Although it is a big sized painting, I feel that both by the subject and by the style it belongs to this series. Watching "Window with views" I fancied to paint it as it hung, with the plant around it and with a young lady standing on top of the window and sitting on a list. The interaction of the "indoors"and "outdoors" is an allusion to the century we were leaving and the one we were entering. "Window with views" hung on a heating radiator which gave me the idea of paining it on 6 slabs of cardboard.
